Today, registration is performed, almost exclusively online (pre-arrival) and self-administered through intuitive interfaces upon arrival. Old fashioned tickets have been replaced with FastTicket codes, unique and redeemable for one use only.

FastTrack self registration is both user friendly and efficient, reducing the reliance on both cashiers and typists. For example, EMAP saved over £20,000 on front of house personnel by deploying visit self-service at Spring Fair 2008. This year, Spring Fair saved a further £100,000 in postage, print & fulfilment as pre-registrants opted to GoGreen and self scan their ‘e-confirmation’ on arrival.
