Our FastTrack self-registration & GoGreen self-scan systems have made a very real impact, both in terms of the ‘welcome experience’ itself and in our ability to deliver cost savings to our clients. For example, Spring Fair 2007 benefited from a temp staff saving in excess of £20,000 as FastTrack replaced the traditional manned registration approach. This year, Spring Fair saved a further £100,000 in postage, print & fulfilment as pre-registrants opted to GoGreen and self scan their ‘e-confirmation’ on arrival. For a number of years, Expo Systems have licensed their registration software to UK & International Press to perform the onsite registration function at all of their events. With the release of visit lite, the licensing model has become a popular option amongst event organisers, in an effort to keep costs down whilst having the benefit of the market leading registration system. UKIP have purchased their own equipment and have been empowered to deliver a first class visitor experience. This service is backed up by visit with remote telephone and online support and enjoys all of the new features that are being added to the visit registration system.

Lead Retrieval / DataPens – Interbuild 2007
Ford hired 12 DataPens at Interbuild 2007 and tasked their agency, Ogilvy & Mather, to follow up all leads within 24 hours. The ease of use and access to data provided by our system has proved very popular with exhibitors, and repeat business levels have exceeded expectations. Ford were delighted with the success achieved and, accordingly, took advantage of the system in 2008.

Print Management – Champneys
Expo-Systems set up a dedicated Print Management System for Champneys.
This dedicated site was specifically written and tailored by us to meet Champneys ongoing print requirements. We provide complete integrated management of all their print needs and the site facilitates the following:
- Champneys specify job, and where necessary we deliver budgetary advice along with technical guidance relating to production
- Prices are gathered from a roster of printers, selected and constantly vetted by us, and whose manufacturing capabilities best suit each specific job
- The most favourable costs are submitted to the client for approval. Champneys are able to upload their artwork to the site, from all their locations, for onward transmission to the selected printer
- Once approved, we place the job with the printer, and manage all aspects of production through to final delivery
- In addition, the site maintains a complete listed history of each job, ability to re-order and reporting
